Please join us for a regional meeting in Warrenton! The Virginia Federation of Humane Societies would like to hear from animal welfare organizations, animal control and anyone who is involved in animal care and animal welfare issues. We will listen to your concerns and talk about what VFHS is doing.
We will also have a presentation by Laura Lanza, Community Initiatives Director for the ASPCA, on "Attracting, Training & Keeping Volunteers." This should be a great presentation and an opportunity for discussion and networking.
This is the second of a series of regional meetings that VFHS plans to schedule in the upcoming months. The focus of the meeting will be the region that covers the following cities and counties: Frederick, Clarke, Winchester, Shenandoah, Warren, Page, Rappahannock, Madison, Greene, Fauquier, Culpeper, Orange, Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Louisa, King George and Caroline. BUT anyone is welcome!
